Colorful Easter eggs will be hidden throughout our website. When you find an egg, simply click on it and enter your name and email for a chance to win!

The St. Lucie County Clerk & Comptroller, Michelle R. Miller, is excited to announce a special themed wedding event, “Fools in Love,” taking place on April 1st. Couples are invited to say their “I Do’s” in a fun, lighthearted, and romantic setting – officiated by the Clerk & Comptroller herself.
Our ceremony room will be transformed with playful and romantic décor, blending whimsical charm with elegant touches to create a unique and memorable experience for couples celebrating their special day.
Ceremony slots are available every 30 minutes from 8:30am – 11:30am and again from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.

In celebration of love and community, St. Lucie Clerk & Comptroller Michelle R. Miller will host a Valentine's Day Group Wedding Ceremony on Saturday, February 14, at the beautiful Heathcote Botanical Gardens. For this special event, the ceremony fee will be waived for all participating couples.

Fort Pierce, FLA. (Dec. 23, 2025) – The Office of Michelle R. Miller, St. Lucie Clerk & Comptroller, will host a Passport Day on Saturday, January 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Downtown Fort Pierce Clerk & Comptroller's Office. This one-day event provides residents with a convenient opportunity to complete their passport applications in person.
The St. Lucie County Clerk's Office will be closed Tuesday, September 23 for Rosh Hashanah.

This limited-time event offers substantial savings by waiving collection surcharges on eligible cases, making it easier and more affordable for residents to regain their driving privileges.
From Thursday, March 27, 2025, to Wednesday, April 2, 2025, individuals with outstanding court obligations can take advantage of this opportunity to pay off their fines or establish a payment plan without incurring the typical additional fees. This effort is part of the Clerk’s ongoing commitment to increasing access to justice, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and promoting safer roadways.
