
Any victim of abuse has the right to file an injunction against their alleged abuser. Court forms for each of the five types of violence outlined below may be downloaded for free from the Florida Courts Website or obtained in person from the Clerk's Family Department. Once the injunction is granted, you will be emailed a certified copy, or you may pick up a certified copy from our office.

The Petitioner will be in our office approximately 45 minutes to an hour filling out the paperwork.Licia first joined the Clerk’s office in 2002 in the child support division. In 2009, she became the administrative assistant for Performance Management, where she assisted with state compliance and reporting and maintained the e-Filing portal system. In 2018, she became the Family Manager, which is responsible for maintaining and updating records for all family and child support cases.
